The 7 Steps To Amazing Health

Kettlebells

In the late 1990’s I had a back injury that left me in constant pain for three years and wearing a low back brace for one year. I did everything I could to try and get out of pain. I did yoga, Pilates, weight-lifting, chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture without much change or noticeable improvement. It wasn’t until I started training with kettlebells that I finally got some lasting relief from my constant lower back pain.

Using the kettlebells strengthened my back and my core so that my pain and stiffness went away and my mobility greatly improved. I still use kettlebells to keep my lower back and spine healthy.

Using kettlebells is an extremely effective technique to build the core muscles, back strength, and increase endurance. In my opinion, kettlebells are the best tool to obtain a full body workout in 10 – 15 minutes a day.
