I am the author of, “The 7 Steps to Amazing Health!” The praise and testimonials that I’ve received for my book have been incredible. I am extremely honored to know that “7 Steps” has been so well received. Top athletes, Navy SEAL’s, models, actresses, stay at home moms, and the every day person looking to turn their life around and take charge of their health have all told me what an incredible impact my book has made in their lives. When I wrote my first book, my intention was to be able to make the concepts of health, fitness, and nutrition understandable to everyone that read it. I have heard from so many readers over the last few years, telling me that I wrote in a “down to Earth, easy to understand format” that they could relate to really let me know that I had achieved this goal.
Over the years, I’ve written many articles on health, fitness, and exercise. I have also been featured on DragonDoor.com and published in Vitalics Magazine. My articles and interviews have been shared on countless forums and websites.
Currently I am in the midst of writing articles and doing research on Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome aka EDS. It is my goal to share as much information as I can about this often over looked and frequently misdiagnosed disorder.
