In 2018 I decided to move my practice into the Olympia Medical Resource Center, located next to St. Peter Hospital.

Low Level Laser / Cold Laser
I spend countless hours in seminars learning and researching new techniques that will help reduce or eliminate pain. I want techniques that support the bodies healing process. The Low Level Laser is one of those treatments (technologies).
Kettlebells
In the late 1990’s I had a back injury that left me in constant pain for three years and wearing a low back brace for one year. I did everything I could to try and get out of pain. I did yoga, Pilates, weight-lifting, chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture without much change or noticeable improvement.
RockTape
I am proud to be RockTape FMT (Fascial Movement Taping) Level 1 Rock Doc Certified.
Kinesiotape has been around since the 1970’s but only recently has this treatment become mainstream due to athletes wearing it during the Olympics.
TRX
I have been using the TRX system for several years to help me in evaluating for muscular imbalances and weaknesses. I implement the use of TRX to help my patients gain strength and stability in their muscles. The TRX is an incredible piece of exercise equipment as it can be used by all ages and fitness levels.
